I have requested the UN to end the pathetic region known as the Cuties. Their continuing existence is a joke, and I ask this body to force them to assimilate to the Federation of the Red Army region or face the greatest military on the face of the Earth. If you refuse, I will leave the UN and invade Philip's Nightmare and Icy Hot Cream. For their sake and their families' sake, please follow my demands.
The deadline is 5:00 GMT/Zulu.

Should you continue to threaten these nations without providing cause, we will launch several Destroyers into orbit around your nation.

EDIT: I suppose the choice of forum could be justified, but RP is typically not done in the UN forum, hence my earlier statement (30 seconds ago)
