Would you support a downsizing of the UN

I have recently been really looking at the UN and the amount of delegates and I think that it would benefit the entire system if we would downsize the amount of delegates that vote on proposals and even make it so only nations with 2 or 3 endorsements would be able to vote on UN resolutions. I believe that if we do this the UN would work much more smoothly and more legit proposals would be herd. I would propose downsizeing it to 500 delegates and that only nations with 3 endorsments could vote on resolutions but i would like to know what all you guys think.

Illegal, game mechanics.

Don't write this in a proposal or you'll probably get a warning. Just a heads up for your benefit.

I suggest you look at some of the other threads in here, they have the similar theme of UN reform - and the mods responses.

I thought only people with two votes could vote, anyway. I don't think raising it to three would change the system much. I was thinking much more.

And also, perhaps there could only be a representative number of UN delegates per region. To avoid individual people just setting up a region whenever they want, you could make it that there has to be a minimum amount of nations per region before they have a UN rep.

No, you couldn't. It's illegal to change the game mechanics.

No, just don't do it as a prop. Submit it on the tech forum.

They are only suggestions. If you read what I said you would have noticed that I advised on mod responses. The last time I looked suggestions were not against the rules, dork.

Suggestions aren't illegal, but they should be made in Technical, not the UN. Flaming, on the other hand, is illegal. Cup and Fork, you're pushing it.

Most all of these points are addressed in the various stickies and the UN FAQ, along with about a thousand topics in Technical and Moderation. It's all been suggested before, and the answer is and continues to be, "the system we have works, and won't be changed."

There is so much misinformation here that it's not really worth preserving, therefore iLock.
