Seeing as there's obviously a few proposals people think of that have no practical concept whatsoever, and also taking into account that these proposals regularly appear in the proposal queue and detract attention from the actual serious proposals, I think it's time we established a thread solely for these ridiculous proposals so they can be enjoyed but not submitted. So, here's the official thread for it, I'll start with a very, very tired concept.

The Right To Arm Bears

The United Nations,

BEARING IN MIND that hunters have an unfair advantage over bears in terms of weaponry,

ALSO CONSIDERING the unBEARable pain these animals suffer at this injustice,

AND LAYING BEAR the social inequalities caused by this action,

HEREBY DECLARES that anyone who puns in public shall immediately be assassinated by a trained U.N. squadron of no less than seven pirate ninjas.


Betcha didn't see that one coming, did ya?

May I suggest that you edit your first post and include a running index of the proposal titles so that the rest of us may comment on them in the same thread.
