Normally I don't do this without a copy of the proposal, but since I liked your's I'll make an exception.

The problem it faces is different technology levels of nations. Some Earth nations are in premodern technology levels, while some are exploring space and colonizing other planets. While interchangible parts for all nations would be nice, the problem is the fact you're working with a technology range of crossbows being the most advanced they have to nations that can blow up planets with a single shot and travel thousands of lightyears without considering it beyond the norm.

It's not technologically feasible.
