UN Messure- Reproductive Freedoms Act
Open Letter to All United Nations Members:
I am submitting a prospal to all Reproductive Freedoms for all citizens in UN countries. I needs lots of support for this issue (I'm short 137 votes). please, go and review what I have outlined and show your support. If you have any questions please telegram me. the eastern bloc thinks that reproduction should be free, clones, normals.. all free to intermix.. so that we can be sure to allow the clones to intergrate into society easily.. workers are replaced when they wear down, soldiers are a unlimited resource, and the country is pulled forward into the 21st century..

What does MOSS stand for?
Moo Oink Squee Squee. It was the actual text of a proposal back in October, and later another proposal just said "moo." If they don't post the text of the proposal here or someone doesn't retrieve it, we assume it says "Moo oink squee squee" and refuse to support it. The abbreviation started from a few jokes about me hotkeying it and someone else saying "Its the M.O.S.S. reply."

I figured it meant that the proposer didn't post the text here. Thanks for clearing up what the acronym stands for. I feel enlightened and dumber at the same time... I... I have reached Nirvana.

I don't know, I might be inclined to support a proposal that says "Moo Oink Squee Squee." It's better than a lot of what's been proposed recently (no connection to the thread-starter implied).
