Greater Augustograd

Greetings Comrades, for the benefit of the world community I ask you to approve this UN proposal(The Anti Abortion Act)(Listed Below message). This act protects the rights of children, while using them to bring the massive funds back into the economy. On Part 4 i receive mild criticism, my reasoning behind it is that some undeveloped nations cannot enact such an act due to the fact that filling the requirements of children require massive amount of funds, if these individuals are used to help themselves and the government, everyone wins. Please review the proposal and support me. Thank you.
Anti Abortion Act
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.
Category: Human Rights
Strength: Significant
Proposed by: Greater Augustograd
Description: Instead of aborting children and wasting valued human resources, put them to use. This act is an effort to save the lives of children, while gaining something for the government; and punishing unwilling parents.
Part 1: Abortion is banned by the government. Aborting a child illegally will result in strict consequences.
Part 2: Any parent unwilling or incapable of taking care of their child, will have their child taken away from them.
-The child will then go under government care.
-The parent is responsible for paying a certain amount of extra taxes (depending on income) to help provide for the child while under government care. If they do not comply punishments shall be set.
Part 3: The child will receive adequate education, food, clothing and etc. at tax dollar expense. The child will be housed in a government built and funded dormitory, with other children of similar circumstance.
Part 4: When children reach the age of 18, they will have a mandatory term of service in the armed forces.
-After their term in the armed forces, they will be issued government jobs which they are required to hold for a certain designated time.
-These individuals hold all the rights as any normal citizen, while meeting the standards of this act.
Part 5: After parts 2 and 3 are met, the individual is allowed to leave if willing.

Really, is it so hard to read the previously passed resolutions?

Apparently it is.

I think what my colleagues meant to say was, "Well written. If you really want to get this passed, though, you need to repeal the resolution legalizing abortion first. After you've accomplished that, reintroduce this proposal."

I doubt you will be able to get this passed because there were many attempts at an anti-abortion act or to repeal the existing one. I also have a major problem with section 4 because it basically makes all of the children in question slaves of the government, and some nations are trying to disarm their military and drafting thousands of people won't help them reach that goal.

Illegal. I'm wondering how this is human rights when you are taking away the right to do what with your own body.
It's moral decency don't dress it up.
If you are so concerned about children being brought up by unfit parents why are you commanding that people who are unfit to be parents have children?

If the nation in question has the word "human" defined in certain ways in their legal system, then this could very well be a human rights proposal for them.
If you are so concerned about children being brought up by unfit parents why are you commanding that people who are unfit to be parents have children?
That's a good question, and one I would like to see a valid answer to.

This is illegal in a multitude of ways.
Not only is this resolution in the wrong category and directly contradicts a previously passed resolution, but it is also a multiple category resolution.
Part 1 is the only section of the act actually dealing with abortion in any way, and is most definitely a "Moral decency" resolution.
Parts 2, 3, and 4 are not only not related to part 1 or abortion in general, but they are also completely unrelated to each other. This resolution actually contains four completely unrelated resolutions placed under a single heading.
Illegal on three counts. Support denied.

Is this a way certain nations dress-up certain resolutions by labeling them "human rights" so that people would take this issue a different way? This is an issue of moral decency, as said previously, and it also infringes on choice, which is a right of anyone. I find part four of Greater Augustograd's proposal extremely distressing as it would help create military or police states. There is no need to force that, let the individual nations decide if military service is mandatory. It seems that Greater Augustograd has laid out a plan for the child, even before they're born, and up until there government jobs are no longer required, are basically instruments of the states. The plan laid out by Greater Augustograd is mostly irrelavent.
