His Fordship Mustapha Mond has concluded that indegenous people (or savages as they are known) should be kept in reserves not allowed in the nation, at all. They should have as much freedom as they want. Within the designated areas.
And his fordship speaks out of expirience. And alpha plus plus would know best. Once not such a long time ago we allowed a savage into our community and he was threatining stability. He then comited suicide. So they don't want to be introduced to the comunity either. They won't know how to cope.
He speaks this becouse he can't vote but he hopes all nations will take his argument giving it consideration. But he only promotes you to think becouse it is not within his power to stop you, and he consider that leaders should have the ability to make some decisions. A whole cast of our nation can think actually. They can think so the rest of the community doesn't have to.
