I wounder who i support a resolution before it comes out to voting?
You must be the delegate of your region. To do that, you must have the highest number of endorsements of any of the UN nations in your region.
Once you are delegate, go to the UN page, click on the 'List Proposals' link, read the proposals, and add your support to any you think would be worthwhile resolutions.

I´m going to talk in my region and see if my outher Countrys support this (so our democratic region leader can do this)..
