As part of my job as UN Delegate is looking through the great Many proposals to find those Our realm can agree with i come across a great many Proposals which are just inane. EG.....

Ban Wiggerism
A resolution to reduce income inequality and increase basic welfare.

Description: This Wiggerism is really disgusting, and I think that all white people who try to act black, should be automatically shot, killed, and their bodies fed to sharks. And then kill the shark so it can die completly.

OK... I submit its Funny, and in a way i agree, but unfortunately due to these proposals i spent 2 hours of my time reading every Proposal and aprooving those in our realms interests.
As a result i submitted the following Proposal.....

Ban Idiot Proposals
A resolution to increase democratic freedoms.

Description: While Idiot Proposals give us a laugh, its just not funny when we have to sift through a great many of then to seek out those worthy of approoval. I suggest all Proposals being deemed "Idiot" be erased immediatly by the UN Moderators and the Idiots posting them be thrown out of the UN for a period of no less than 6 Months.

This shall ensure the speedier approoval of Proposals that have a real bearing on all UN Member Nations and also ensures Unworthy Delegates are removed.

Seems like a Game Mechanics Proposal to me...

Joke Proposals are not allowed by the U.N. anyway, and it is likely that a Mod will see it and delete it.

Game Mechanics
"We should make it so that all UN Members can vote on proposals before they reach the floor", "We should be able to vote on 2 proposals at once", "The UN should create <multinational organisation>". All of these proposals propose changes to the Game Mechanics governing the running of NationStates.
I cannot stress this enough, You Cannot Play God Here. Your proposal may well be a useful change to the way the game works, and a few changes to the game (ejection of nations from regions, proposal search function) had their genesis in proposals. The bottom line is that they were not adopted because of the successful passage of a proposal, and neither will your suggestion be.

Also, the term "wigger" has been deemed by the mods to be offensive enough to warrant a thread closure, so you might be facing something harsher than just having your proposal deleted. But if you ask them to delete it, I think you can avoid any possible repercussions.
