Global Library Resolution

To all responsible leaders and UN delegates: The current resolution up for vote, that of the global library, is extremely ill-conceived and should be voted down. Firstly, the author cites technology that is currently non-existant--holograms. The technology, especially the handheld hologram producing technology he mentions, is no more than fiction as no such device currently exists. Secondly, the author fails to explain the funds for the library. Funding coming strictly from donation would NEVER be enough to pay for global libraries around the world and/or the intended technology even if it DID exist, but keep in mind, it doesn't. Lastly, he fails to provide sufficient explanation as to where these so called libraries would be located. Do you not think leaders would FIGHT over having these libraries in THEIR nations? It could get even worse by local leaders fighting on the province or state level or even city level. If the location were determined by auction or bidding, the smaller, more impoverished nations would be isolated and would not get any use out of these libraries. In conclusion, if you really want to be loyal to your nation and do what's best for your people, vote NO! on this resolution. It is extremely ill-conceived with non-existant technology mentioned, excessively expensive costs, and unaccounted for problems. One only has to look to the vast array of grammatical errors and typos with the resolution to realize the drawbacks of this resolution. VOTE NO TO THE RESOLUTION AND DO YOUR PEOPLE A SERVICE.
