Don't think any are now. Keep an eye on the forums - if you see a bunch of exitement around any particular thread, there's probably one coming.
Upon actually checking: "Same Sex Couples on Adoption" has 100 of the 145 needed approvals... it might be up soon.

Not having anything to vote on is not necessarily a bad thing. Do we constantly need new law?
Having a bit of a holiday break is actually a good idea. Go out for a bit. Sing a carol. Drink some eggnog. Throw a fruitcake at someone you don't like. Celebrate.
