End Space Dumping
A resolution to increase the quality of the world's environment, at the expense of industry.

Description:
GIVEN that dumping of chemicals and waste materials is detrimental to the earth
GIVEN that there is the possibility of Space Habitation in the future
BELIEVING that all environments should be kept clean and free of pollution

HAVING PASSED resolutions #13, #18,and MOST ESPECIALLY resolutions #34, and 35, in efforts to maintain a clean, pollution free earth
THEREBY this standard of commitment to environmental protection should be carried into environments surrounding earth also

RESOLVED that the environment of the earth shall now include Outer Space in all issues of environmental protection
FURTHERMORE from this point forward, the dumping of waste materials and chemicals into Space shall be prohibited in any form by all UN Member Nations

There are already nations that claim to exist in Space already - I've not heard any of them complain about junk up there.

FURTHERMORE from this point forward, the dumping of waste materials and chemicals into Space shall be prohibited in any form by all UN Member Nations

Many forms of propulsion use the release of gases to power transit, these forms would be banned under this proposal? Thus possibly harming space flight programmes.

What about dumping into the sun? After all, it's just a giant incinerator :)

And used as raw material to build... Stuff. No idea how space stuff is even possible with 'em around, but... Oh well, one gets around it, somehow.
