I am the only member in my region in the UN so therefore I cannot get any endorsements. Moreover since i am the only member should i not be the UN liason or whatever for that region? Aeloulaera is the region

A: You have to have at least two UN nations in a region, with one endorsing the other, in order for one to become Delegate,
B: This sort of "how do I" question actually belongs in the Technical Forum ("Bug reports, general help, ideas for improvements, and questions about how things are meant to work.")
C: This is covered in that most basic of help pages, the NationStates FAQ (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/94137/page=faq). Start there next time, please.
In Southeast Asia right now we are having the same problem of only having a few peopel in the UN and none of them will endorse the willing. If you would like, I personally invite you to join our region and if you would want to at least make progress you could endorse Grantslava or I for delegate. Just a suggestion though
