I created a resolution called arms-for-food, and decided to look at the other proposals and saw that not much was getting done. So, here i am trying to convince anybody reading this that they should approve it so that it can be passed. Firstly, i'll outline the resolution: Countries can trade in biological and chemicals weapons for food. It's a win-win situation, less bio and chemical weapons floating around, and les starvation and hunger in the world. So please give it your approval, any questions please leave them here, any suggestions are welcome.
PLEASE give it your approval and make the world a better place.

Description: I suggest we affer to take and disarm boilogical and chemical weapons from countries and in return we will give that nation food.
clause a) any country wishing to get rid of, or just in need of food will have the opportunity to trade their biologiccal and chemical weapon for food
clause b) we (united nations0 will in turn disarm this weapon and rid the world of these horrendous and disgusting weapo
The only thing that is coming to me is that no nation in the UN should have biological weapons any more :}

And even if they did, a lot of nations are probably too poor to even have enough money to manufacture WMDs. This resolution won't pass.
