After Careful checks by nations off the UN and that a lot off nations can't comply with this because they have used 60% of land so after careful revision an new version of the document has been released

Description: The UN here by state that:

--Rule Set 1-Too Be Done By First World Countrie's--

Each Nation Must Enlarge The National Parks By 6% And Not To Be Untoched by Goverment Or Industy Or Conventional Use

Each Nation Must Lower Its Carbon Emissions By 15%

--Rule Set 2-Too Be Done By Devloping Nations--

All Devloping Nations Must Enlarge Natinal Parks By 2% of land and lower Carbon Emissions By 8%

--Rule Set 3-Too Be Done By All UN Nations--

That Each Nation Must Protect Its Endangered Species And National Animal From The Brink Of Extinction

The UN Will Carry Out An Insepstion Of Each Nation On The 2010 And Every Five Years To See If Devloping Nations Will Have To Change To The First Set Of Rules

Don't worry about it. Several people have done something with making a proposal that covers already-passed proposals and a few have gotten them passed. The fact you were not proposing something in direct contradiction with a passed proposal is a good sign.
