There are two different topics on this in the Moderation forum, one of which you started. That is the proper forum for such discussions, as we as players can do nothing whatsoever about your complaint. Please don't spam the UN forum with duplicate topics that have nothing to do with UN business.

It is inadvisable to make public accusations that may or may not be true. Mods deal with that. See above.
No nation has the ability to 'reject applicants to the UN'. You're being scammed.
