Where is there a detailed listing of every UN resolution and its status, adopted or rejected, the members voting for/against, etc.?

The United Nations Association has several useful tools.

First, a summary, including UN Categories can be found at:

If you are interested in printable text, and links to the debates associated with not only the resolutions, but the draft proposals that led up to this resolutions, then the UNA forum at the United Nations Organizations site has individual pdfs for most of the popular resolution categories.

The files include "strength" based classifications.

In particular the clickable index can be found directly at:

In particular, if you are interested in reading about the three previous Human Rights resolutions specifically, look at the last few pages (or the pdf bookmarkes) at:

http://pweb.netcom.com/~mierzwa10k/una/HumanRights.pdf

The only thing you are asking for that is missing is a listing of where individual nations stood on the particular resolutions. Frankly some nations don't want others to know, and we have to respect that. However, other nations have no problem with making their voting records public (mine is among these) and I'd encourage any nation that shares this opinion to please read the following NationStates thread:

Past Resolutions - How did/would you have voted?

In any event, the tasks of archiving the history and voting records associated with UN resolutions is difficult, and if you are interested, there is plenty of room for help.

Locally, there's also this page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/98673/page=UN_past_resolutions) which shows the ones that have passed, and are thus binding.

My opinion was requested here... although somone has obviously mentioned it, you can find a list of all passed resolutions, as well as those that have since been repealed at http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/98673/page=UN_past_resolutions .

In addition to Passed Resolutions, NSwiki (the NationStates Encyclopedia) keeps a UN Timeline (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Passed_UN_Resolutions) that includes resolutions that have failed or been removed from play.

I just updated it today to include links to almost all the 2004 principal forum topics for each resolution, passed or failed. Check it out.
