Would anyone please tell me how to get endorsements on my proposal? Here is my proposal if anyone is interested! ;)

Posting in the UN Forum would probably be a good start.

Moved.

All of these "Amendments", which they are not, by the way, are already in effect. All member states must abide to the will of the UN in the form of it's resolutions. The Compliance Ministry automatically makes members adhere to the laws or issues of the UN. The UN must be a higher authority, otherwise it would not be able to infringe on national soverignty like it does. And if members are not already equal in the eyes of the UN, then this is in violation of a resolution that condems dictatorships or something.

Also, as I mentioned, these are not amendments as you call them. Amendments are illegal, and there are some mods who see the word "Amendment", and freak, as I know from experience. This is not a worthy proposal. Keep working.

This changes game mechanics. That is illegal. Enough said.

Actually it doesn't :} Nothing that is written in the proposal does anything other than what is already happening.

Except maybe the higher authority thing. But that is a matter of perspective I guess.

It is that statement of "ultimate governing body in the World" that I was working on. Otherwise, it is still a game-mechanics (even if the rest changes nothing) resolution and, as such, illegal.

If I remember correctly proposals that affirm Game Mechanics (and do nothing else) are equally illegal.

But don't take my word for it.

Oh yeah - that is true. I am just saying that the proposal appears to be re-enforcing the way the game currently works :}

Anyway - I have no urge to support this.

While I admit is it about time we actually had someone recognize the fact that the UN can screw around with your nation as much as it wants, this is completely unneccessary.

And here I though the last resolution was redundant to the extreme.... And then someone goes and pulls something like this out..... REDUNDANT We do not need this law, as this is how things work... given how much people actually read present en-force resolutions, this is meaningless...

The UN if of itself existing already enacts this "proposal."

Actually, all UN member nations aren't *totally* equal, because regional delegates get more votes, and only nations with enough endorsements can propose a resolution.

Good point, which would make Article 4 a violation of Game mechanics...

There is no need to support this. Have you read the thread? The UN's existence already enforces this. If I ever see it in queue, I will report it to the mods, on the basis of it being unworthy of UN consideration.
