As you all know Resolution #1 was repealed by Resolution #78. But I don't think we should just repeal resolution #1 and leave it like that. We should fine a replacement for it.
I have an idea for one but I cannot propose for a resolution because I have no endorsements.
If anyone wants to go ahead and propose the resolution for me that would be great.

The Resolution would be like this:
As our fellow UN member New Western America has said there should be a new resolution regarding the fight againts terrorist.
If a Nation can label another nation as an "axis of evil" they were attacked by that nation and have the sufficient evidence that the terrorist group came from that nation.
If a Nation's intellegence finds a harvest of a terrorist organization in another Nation, that intellegence must inform the nation where the "axis of evil" is comming from and allow them to eliminate the problem. This Nation may ask for help from other nations to eliminate the problem.
Again, no Nation can be labeled as the "axis of evil" without strong evidence.

Who ever proposes this resolution will be doing the correct thing.

I realise you have put some thought in to this, but I am done supporting anti-terrorist proposals. Espcially ones that try to gain a universal way of dealing with terrorists.

The term terrorist is being thrown about far too much in recent proposals, either as emotional blackmail to make sure the proposal will pass (who wants to be seen supporting terrorism?) or because it is "one of those phases" where everyone wants to oppose something, and terrorism is the fashionable cause.

My nation's government came about because of the actions of a group who stood up to the previous government. Every single member of that group was denounced as a terrorist, and under a fair few of the proposed resolutions every single member would have been either exiled, put in prison for life or executed. Given that they liberated this nation from the cruel and barbaric government of The Church, I do not find it in my heart to call them terrorists, but liberators. And I will not support any motition that unilaterally condems terrorism without any mention of the cause behind it.

Also "axis" refers to a group, not a single nation. Some schools of thought says it has to refer to three nations (working together or on their own) but I am not quite certain of the definition, and would not like to give anyone the wrong impression.
