Hello...I'm a noob. I've just been approved for the UN. What I'm worried about is that in responding to an issue, I may inadvertantly violate UN resolutions. How important is it that I study all the on-file resolutions before handling my issues?

There is no game-monitored relationship between issues and the UN. While the two may occasionally appear to be in direct conflict, that is not actually the case. Should you wish to review the multiple forms of twisted logic necessary to preserve that particular fiction, there are a few topics in the Got Issues forum that address that very issue.

In other words, vote how you want on issues. There will be no repercussions of any kind.
