Water proposal

Greetings to all interested nation states. I would like to make a proposal concerning the global water supply. It favors protecting water sources, improving water facilities and water systems, as well as establishing the International Water Agency (IWA) to regulate water consumptions and provide financial and logistical help to nations needing them. As a new member of the UN, The Republic of Sartomia currently lacks endorsements and would need them to submit this important proposal. We would greatly appreciate your interest in this proposal and will discuss further details upon request.

Endorsements can only be granted by other UN members in your region. Since you are the only nation in your region, I suggest you either move to another region or recruit other nations to your region (I believe the Gameplay forum would be the appropriate place for regional advertising), so that you can obtain the required 2 endorsements for proposal submission.
As to your proposal, if you have not yet written a draft, I suggest taking a look at the stickied threads at the top of the UN forum before you do write anything (if you've already drafted something, still look at those threads and see if there's anything relevant). Particularly good is Sophista's "United Nations Resolution Writing Guide" at http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=342360
Once you've put a draft together, or at least some more detailed ideas, post it here and other members can discuss it with you and offer feedback for improving it until it's ready to submit as a proposal for voting.

@Sartomia: your proposal sounds highly interesting, and I shall be surprised if it will not be debated and contested as hotly as the current nuke ban resolution. So please make sure that you can get your endorsements by moving to a region with at least two other nations.

Could you post your draft on this forum so we can look at it and debate it?
The DRA will wholeheartedly support any resolution to help protect this precious resource. Water is necessary for all life, access to clean water is a fundamental human right for all and it is our collectivity responsibility to protect this precious and vital life giving resource.
