Sorry (and sorry for my poor english), but I didn't find an answer for two questions :

1) What is a Nation ?
The question is probably idiot, but is a nation the emanation of its inhabitants or an another thing ?

2) Where can I find the "Constitution" of Nationstates UNO ?

I see many resolutions cause problems with the fact "UNO must not interfere with Nations politics", etc ...

But to know if this is true, I need to know what are the UNO rights, and what are the Nation rights.
And to know what are the Nations rights, I need to know what are the inhabits rights.

Hope you understand me.

Greetings,

Regarding your question about the definition of "Nation", this definition varies. What really matters is what do you think.

Do you think "Nation" is defined as a specific society, with its culture, values, etc.? Or do you think a "Nation" also relates to ethnicity? Or do you believe Nations should also be defined by the distribution of the means of production? Do you think every Nation should have its own State?

It is not a topic on which everyone really agrees and can fuel many discussions.

There is no UN constitution. The body of International Law is codified as UN Resolutions Throughout History (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=UN_past_resolutions).
the fact "UNO must not interfere with Nations politics"
This is not a fact in NationStates. The UN has explicit permission to interfere with nations' politics, as defined by the FAQ and the passed resolutions. You've made a wrong assumption in there somewhere.

I'm a student of International Relations so here you are:

A nation is defined as a group of people with something in common, like language and history. These people can declare themselves a state, an independent political entity, but they are not considered a state until another already established state acknowledges them as one. In Nationstates we don't have that problem, since my country is filled with sadists ;)

IMO, here in NS, each nation is generally a nation state with a government (that's you) (unless they're anarchists, but that's a different matter).
