First off it is helpful to the delegates if you post a copy of the proposal here in the forums for us to view.

However having read the proposal I have two words to describe it, "Game Mechanics," I'm reasonably sure that this proposal will be deleted by a mod when they see it. As such I cannot support the proposal

It was indeed a game mechanics violation, and thus deleted. The Tech forum is the proper place to suggest changes to the code.
