Declaration of a ban on all travel to Talos IV

Citing the extreme danger to all nations posed by the unique threat posed by contact with the planet Talos IV, whether by manned vessel or unmanned probe, the United Nation hereby declares that:

No inhabitant of a United Nations member state, under any condition, emergency or otherwise, is to visit the planet designated Talos IV.

Violation of this directive is punished by the most severe measures the UN allows.

I oppose the death penalty and will not support any resolution that would see my people executed. Especically not for something that is as ill thought out and as ill defined and generally ill conceived as this is.

You may have an intergalatic fleet, but intelligence reports compiled by the MMI6 suggest that any attempt to colonize Talos IV would be disasterous. Of all the worlds to colonize, we'd ask that you consider avoiding that planet at all costs.

This isn't really appropriate for the UN.
