Whether you approve of the intent of the proposal it is incorrectly written. Delegates should NOT vote for it.
The most egregious mistake is article 2:
2. The material must have legal adults in it(18 years old)
in order to be sold.
Rather than requiring that material have ONLY people greater than 18 used in the material, as written it simply requires that 18+ year old adults be used and would allow pornography featuring children of any age as long as adults are included.
