Ban On Public Assult Weapons
A resolution to tighten or relax gun control laws.

Description: We need a resolution to ban the public sale of assult weapons to average citizens.

Here are 3 resons for this.

1.Average citizens do not know how to use an assult weapon these are dangerous and threaten nations security.

2. Assult weapons are for militarys use in fighting other nations and for striking down rebellions within there own borders. In the event of internal insurgents or rebellions the military needs to maintain there power over these groups. Without this ban there could be coups because of the amount of assult weapons sold to these groups to fight the military.

3. Just the fact that assult weapons are currently in homes poses a threat to national security of several nations due to there instable goverments of this era.
Governments that are shaky can eaisily be overthrown with these weapons which is a threat to the stability of the region the nation currently resids in. And if the nation is large enough if a country is thrown into anarchy possibly a threat to the stability of the world and the United Nations itself.

I propose that all assult weapons be banned from being sold. Although all assult weapons currently owned by citizens can be kept.

Why not crack down on gun holders as well? People could pool these already owned guns, and create a military force, nevertheless.

that will never work unless you make everyone stop selling the guns and turn in the ones that they had. Like when the US tried to ban the selling, trading, and making of alchol but the people could drink whta they had. Think about how well that worked. Just a thought.

And to adress the problem of citizens keeping there current weapons. The UN is not a privacy intruder we cannot go into peoples homes and just take there guns why should they be intruded on and there guns taken when they bought these guns before this resoultion was passed. There arent enough assult weapons out there to combat my military or even smaller militaries than mine.

I urge you to pass this proposal.

We don't believe that guns are a good or a bad thing. We think that guns can work well in some societies and badly in others. So we'd rather not get involved in the following argument.

We issue their choice o' weapons to all boys an' girls too when they turn ten years of age.

Our glorious nation makes it way in the world by pillage and looting. We have to train our young citizens in the noble art of mayhem.

So if'n they wants an Uzi, that be what they gets.

The traditionalists who ask for a cutlass still bring a tear to me eye.

Maybe for further emphasis and implementation in new UN member nations.
Although I am somewhat unsure of the functioning of it, and may be mistaken. Or would that be simply a waste to reimplement?

Our populace has compulsory military service, and at the end of service is required to keep and maintain their weapon, among other things.

This ban would weaken our national militia and homeland defense.

We are also an arctic region where some idiot imported tigers and bears. Assault weapons are necessary for home defense.

Address these issues, and we might support.

The Council of State of the Commonwealth of South of Market kindly requests that the Babylonian Empire further elaborate and build on this point. The objection based on compulsory military service has already been raised. The Commonwealth's defense rests on the trade unions, citizens' groups and labor cooperatives that fought for its independence. Though we reject warfare as a policy option, we cannot help but recognize that other such nations do not share our beliefs and we must remain prepared to defend ourselves.

Mabye ex- military could keep there guns..

I just want to keep assult weapons out of the hands of average people who have know clue wtf there doung..

Mabye require training courses of some type??
