Help to protect the right of man to the right to the free exchange of goods and services! What do you think?
Description: In many societies, 'free traders', or businessmen as they are known to the civilized world, are prevented from doing business in a variety of cruel, creative, and horrifyingly effective ways.
All humans should have as a basic right the ability to start a business, which shall be defined as an entity, separate from any connection to a government, which exists to provide a good or service.
Any governmental action to destroy, weaken, or cause any harm to, a business will be regarded as a violation of the basic human right to do business, and proper action will be taken against said nation. Such action will include the following:
1. Prohibitive liscensing costs
2. Artificial implementation of prices
3. Preventing any willing person from entering the business
4. Preventing the business from employing workers
5. Taxing entrepenuers beyond what is taxed on citizens of an equal income.
6. Physically interfering with the supply chain
7. A ban on goods designed to harm business
