I'm in the process of drawing up a proposal intended to combat the illegal trafficking of people (notably for the Sex Trade industry, and illegal emplyment of imigrants)
The purposes of this proposal are:
(a) To prevent and combat trafficking in persons, paying particular attention to women and children;
(b) To protect and assist the victims of such trafficking, with full respect for their human rights; and
(c) To promote cooperation among States Parties in order to meet those objectives.
I am in the process of drawing up this proposal, and would seek input from other member states on this matter.
