It is a self-evident truth that children should not be involved in the sexual activities of their elders. Despite this, our children are permitted, and in some parts of the world forced, to wear outfits found in sex shops, which should only be used by consenting adults in the privacy of their own homes.
Therefore, the UN resolves that:
No child is permitted to wear a schoolgirl uniform under any circumstances;
That the trade of such uniforms shall be regulated by national governments in the same fashion that these government treat other sexual fetishes;
That possession and use of such uniforms shall also only be legal under the conditions and circumstances that apply in the nation to bondage gear and other sexual fetishes.
No creature with either tentacles or a phallus is permitted within the grounds of a school.
‘Schoolgirl uniform’ is defined to mean whatever standardised clothing and/or accessories female students under the age of 18 are required to wear while attending schooling. Where a selection of uniforms is available, all available selections are to be treated as schoolgirl uniforms and will be covered by this resolution.
