Greetings, As stated in our Proposal this resolution invades the rights and sovergn nature of every UN member. If you also believe that justice is best dealt with at home, please join those of us that have already called for its removal.

His Highness,
The RULER!

this resolution invades the rights and sovergn nature of every UN member.

As does every other resolution, and as you should know when you join the UN.

Poor premise for a repeal, thus gets an unequivocal thumbs down from this member state. I will actively campaign against this proposal if the UN goes insane and endorses this.....this.....foolishness.

We live near the Appalachian trail.

It's not great but it's ok.

It's a fair trail.

The Right to a Fair Trial is, in my opinion, a basic, universal human right and therefore goes beyond the national sovereignty argument.

Frisbeeteria shares the Onion Pirates assessment of the AT. We don't want it repealed ... at least not the portion that runs through our state.

Generally, the repeal is based on typical BS we expect within the NSUN and politics in general.

Is it a national issue? Oh, most certainly... but because your nation was incapable of having a justice system, the NSUN had to mandate one on you.

This requires you operate your justice system with fairness and equity (basically operating under the fundamental principles of JUSTICE). It does not take your ability to act justly away, nor take away your courts.... So its not an issue of keeping or loosing anything, except having justice and keeping justice.

You should read my repeal writing guide here (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=365040), and then if you really feel passionate about trying to repeal this issue, follow some of the suggestions. As of now, not many will support your repeal on merit.

Put yourself in the position of someone who has been accused of a horrendus crime who is completely innocent, would you prefer to have a trial or get your head sawed off because they think your guilty?
