FYI:
The Moral Decency "Mild" resolution did not change my UN Classification nor my Civil Freedoms, which were "Superior", but the cumulative impact of that along with the most recent Moral Decency "Strong" resolution did in fact change my UN Classification to "Capitalist Paradise" and my Civil Freedoms to "Excellent".
For some time I've maintained that "Mild" resolutions are not a significant enough impact to warrant worrying about the resolution classification. Now I think most nations favoured the game text of the Strong resolution over the Mild resolution and did not care about the game stats change (even nations which had once claimed they would never "ever" vote in favour of a Moral Decency issue).
I did manage to capture the Delegate voting records prior to the end of voting this time and will publish those records in the IDU forum tonight! Feel free to stop by, as I plan to continue to track UN Delegate voting records and as always will be happy to share these voting records.
