Description: The Communism Act will help communist controlled countries that are always being attacked by other nations who do not believe in the communist government style.
1. Communist controlled countries we have the same equal rights as any other nation
2. Communist contolled countries will not be attacked because of other nations not liking what the communist leader did in there country, it is there country not yours.
3. If a communist contolled country is blamed that they did something in country, the country doing the prosocution shall show evidence that the communist country did that act in that country, the nation will not just attack that communist nation.
I believe that this will help communist countries that are wrongly accused every time. Some nation will not believe in this and some of you will. Just think of what you can be doing to help deminish the racism against communist controlled countries.

On relfection I don't think I can support this. If only because I am not convinced supporting communist countries will help further democracy.
Also racism is not a term you can use in relation to the governmental style of a nation. Racism relates to race, not political ideology.

As do democracies, as do republics and dictatorships, as do theocracies, anarchies and all sorts of other governments.
Why are communist nations so special?
Because i dont see any of them being wrongly accused, all i see is the communist and dictatorship nations being wrongly accused of something

But surely they deserve the same protection as communist nations and dictatorships? Just because you have not seen any evidence of them being wrongly accused doesn't mean it hasn't happened, and won't happen in the future. And this proposal does nothing to protect their rights, which, as a democractic nation myself, I find hypocritical to say the least. The UN should be there to defend all it's members, and laws should apply equally to all it's members (in my view at least - I could be wrong!)
I'm taking your (apparant) length of time playing into account here, Tylinoa, by saying that there have been attacks on just about every type of government possible, and many that are not possible. Anarchies, in particular, draw a great deal of negative attention.
Unless you intend, by the proposal, to prevent attacks on any government based upon governing style (which would be a laudible goal) I could not support such a piece of legislation.

This proposal is unnecessary, as Communism already has a right to exist under Rights and Duties of UN States:Article 1 ยง Every UN Member State has the right to independence and hence to exercise freely, without dictation by any other NationState, all its legal powers, including the choice of its own form of government.
The rest of the proposal is unenforcable nonsense.
I will reword this Act so that it goes for all Government types
