I've been thinking a long time, some lHuman Soldiers are prone to panicking and retreating, and or deserting you. But if we had Mechanical Soldiers on the battlefirld then War would be more constant probaly, but it would also have postitive side affects(no more lives lost due to senseless blood shed) Machines could take up arms on the battlefield while those who want to leave the Military and be a civilian in your country can do so, Machines could pilot fighters and Bombers, Subs and Battleships, Tanks and Transport trucks. just think what we could do without sacrificeing our people's lives.

if is passes will it be a true marvel in the Art of War.

Firstly I am not sure why this is the UN's business, but hey - who am I to stifle debate?

Secondly do you not see how bad an idea this would be? Wars between nations have a limited time span because of the people who die in them. The population of a nation can only go so long watching it's sons and daughters die before it starts to rebel against the idea. Or it runs out of sons and daughters and there is no one left to fight, so the war ends.

If you remove the human element from war and make it about machines then one of two things will happen. Either the wars will go on for longer and longer, nixing any chance of peace between the nations. Or the machines will just get really annoyed with fighting for people who don't respect them, rebel and kill us all. (Ok the second one is more science fiction than fact, but it's worth considering!)

Thirdly if a machine is fully capable of fighting, driving and piloting and so forth, do you not think it deserves the same repsect as the people who would be dying in it's place?

As I said it would only be a marve in THE ART OF WAR but I also made some calculations in what would a weakness be(I already said Wars may drag on longer) but your right all the way! I'm shutting this thing down!
