Lord Canterbury of the Dominion of Castingsborough stands up before the General Assembly of the State in a press conference that announces the resignation of the State from the United Nations.
"Ladies and Gentlemen,
"It has been known by the General Assembly of the United Nations that the Dominion of Castingsborough denounces many UN Resolutions. Under the powers vested in me as the Ambassador to the United Nations for the Dominion of Castingsborough, I must inform the General Assembly that the Dominion of Castingsborough no longer wishes to be a part of this World government.
"The Dominion has left the UN due to many factors. When we resigned from the UN, we received a very informative, but yet hilarious message. It stated: 'You inform the United Nations that The Dominion of Castingsborough will no longer participate in its corrupt, hollow debates. From this moment forward, your nation is on its own.'
"The Dominion is now a member of the Preferred States League of the State of New Providence and plans on staying a member of this region's parliament and responsibilities. Thank you for your time and cooperation as the State resigns."
Lord Canterbury now leaves the platform where he was standing, climbs into a limousine bearing the Flag of the Dominion, and speeds off to the airport where he will return home to Laine d'Agneau, the capital of Castingsborough.
