Ahem. I am officially turning over the duty of U.N. spokesnation and general forum annoyance to my U.N. puppet.

This is something I should have done a long time ago but I kept putting it off. Enjoy the much less intimidating postcount. ;)

Ah, I only read this after your proposal thread. So, indeed, Sam You Are. Guess there are no L plates where you come from (um, apologies if that reference only makes sense to Brits).

Anyone familiar with the history of printing would understand that reference, I should think.

Ah, licence plates. I thought you were referring to the plates once used to produce the letter 'L' on parchment and such. Silly me.

When you're on your provisional driving licence in Britain, you are called a learner. To prove this to everyone, you have to attach a big red L sticker to the front and back of your car. Once you've passed your test, you CAN put a big green P on the front and back of your car -- although as it's not compulsary, serves no purpose but people TRYING to be annoyed by you, and looks daft, I don't know why anybody puts them on.
Anyway. Goodbye. And, hello. And eh?

Interesting. In the U.S. lots of people have an "L" on their forehead.
