The oldest profession in the world is often frowned upon, yet many still seek the services of these men and women. To regulate prostitution, we must recognize it as a legitimate profession, and turn bordellos into buisiness establishments.

The advantages are thus;
- Government control of business licenses, thus preventing forced prostitution.

- Better safety and health regulations for both the public and the prostitute.

- It will lessen the workload of the police force.

- As legitimate businesses, bordellos will pay taxes.

- People will have more freedom when it comes to choosing their profession.

The advantages far outweigh the moral objections anybody may have, therefore, I would ask the council to vote in favor of legalizing prostitution.
