A: The UN has no authority to judge non-members
B: Please cite the relevant Resolution where the UN was given the authority to declare member states as 'Rogue'
C: We don't recall anyone appointing Superpower07 to any such leadership position.
D: Wouldn't this be better placed in International Incidents?

Now I'm all for you RPing a 'Justice council' but tacking 'UN' on the front implies that this is some sort of official thing. And I don't remember us making anything official. So I'm going to join in saying
I would also like to ask what makes a nation 'rouge', and what do you mean by 'justice'.
Giordano,
UN representative,
