Combat International Terrorism

I need delegates to support this resolution. The UN has not had a voting issue in awhile and this is a serious issue which needs haste!
Description: Terrorist attacks against a nation are a cowardly and evil practice. However, some nations support terrorism, and even provide safety to terrorist masterminds who wish to carry out attacks against mutual enemies. We have established a need therefore the UN is asked to support the following resolutions.
1. Terrorist attacks in any form are an evil practice.
2. Member states must do everything within their power to discourage international terrorism.
3. Nations who harbor terrorists risk economic sanctions until they agree to join the Global War against terrorism and hand over terrorist masterminds.
4. Regions keep and maintain a list of nations known to support international terrorism: The Armed Republic of The Golden Pheonix, and The Transnational Exchange of Santa Barbara.
5. Anti-Terrorism laws be strengthened without invading civil liberties.
6. That the world never lowers themselves to the terrorist’s level when in retaliation to a terrorist attack.
Action against International Terrorism must be taking now. These simple non-military resolutions are a great first step needed to prevent terrorism. And I ask all member nations to support them. We cannot wait for the next terrorist attack before we take action because if we do, next time around, may be our lasts.
