The Non Aligned Movement Region and its UN Delegate Eastern Jamaica propose a wholescale reform of the UN voting system to better represent global needs.

Submitting such a proposal would be a direct violation of the UN Rules of Order. No resolution may in any way alter the mechanics of the game, and to do so is grounds for ejection from the United Nations.
Believe me, if we could alter the rules, we would. We're just not that lucky.

Actually, a UN rules proposal already exists in the appropriate place. Let UN Regional Delegates REJECT proposals (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=304107) is back up to the plate in Technical. UN readers, make your positions known over there, please.
