Hail, Citizens of the World.
I am seeking backing on a proposal that would allow your vehicle to be an extension of your home, only so far as it pertained to international travel.
Please see the wording below:
"Whereas travelers from other nations may cross into territories in their own vehicles, and said vehicles are normally subject to the laws of their own lands, the Nomadic Peoples of the Clear Road propose that the car, bus, van, RV, truck or other form of enclosed, motorized wheeled transport be subject to the laws of their OWNERS lands, thereby becoming an extension of the home and the NATION. This affords travelers the right to practice any sort of religious or social behavior within their OWN vehicle while abroad and being unduly harassed when a nation/state's laws are vague or unfamiliar to the driver.
This provision ONLY allows for the behavior be confined to a driver's OWN vehicle while on a paved, gravelled, cleared or otherwise marked road and NOT to include the private property of others beyond the sovereign nation."
