Dear Colleagues,
Noting that the resolution 'Fight the Axis of Evil', passed on November the 12th 2002, is having little on no effect on the present international security domain,
The Free Land of Antisthenia wishes to propose a resolution slashing this folly.
We call on all nations of Europe to give us the necessary endorsements to proceed with the proposal of a new bill substituting the 'Fight the Axis of Evil' act with more appropriate legislation, inclusive of, for example, aid to education systems in developping countries.
Terror is to be fought with the arms of wisedom and knowledge, not with more terror.
