My fellow members of the UN, I am writing to you today to address a very serious issue for all of us, the ailing state of the medical industry and the state of world health as a whole as well. Seeing that the deplorable act of overcharging for medical insurance and also the ridiculously large rewards for "pain and suffering" that are awarded in malpractice suit cases that drives up the cost of practicing medicine throughout the world, and thus, detracts talented individuals from pursuing a career in the health industry, I have seen it fit to introduce two separate resolutions into the UN proposal process. The first will serve to provide all the citizens of the world with basic health insurance, which in turn will allow them access to qualified doctors when they need the help the most. This is a necessity in today's society and I hope you will support my resolution here.

The second proposal addresses the horrific situation with medical malpractice insurance rates constant rise as the result of medical malpractice suit rewards. I am seeking to put a reasonable limit on these limitless rewards so as to better our society as a whole and help the ailing industy. I hope you will support my proposals and I will be able to answer any questions you might have about these proposals, just let me know in this thread, I'll check back often!
