A majority of workers' soldiers', and air defense councils being in favour, and confirmed by a referendum among the working population, BE IT NOTED THAT the Technical and Scientific Workers' Republic of Turkese Chinastan has: withdrawn its recognition from that capitalist-imperialist New World Order conspiracy calling itself the United Nations;
closed its borders to any "inspectors" from that organisation who would interfere with the Chinastani lumber industry's scientifically and practically tried and true conservation practices;
resolved to conscript any such "inspectors" onto logging and replanting crews in our vast and thriving forests.
