Return of Power
A resolution to increase democratic freedoms.

Category: The Furtherment of Democracy
Strength: Strong
Proposed by: RightWing Conspirators

Description:

Recalling that the place of the UN is to seek what is best for Countries and how they contribute to the world,

And that members have joined on their own free will.

Recalling also that the UN is not to take powers from it's members but help recommend courses of actions for certain predicaments,

1) An immediate reversal of all resolution(s) that make a demand on member countries who are adversely effected by the resolution(s).

2) A new amendment be added that the UN does not have the right to take power from its members.

3) That no Government may inflict its beliefs and values upon another country, unless said country has agreed.

Closing:
The UN is a place to confer, and seek solutions not to become a governing body over all countries. The UN should not be used to force beliefs and values upon it's members that do not neccessarily agree.

This clause sounds like a repeal to me.

I urge you not to submit this. The repeals and changes in game mechanics will get it deleted and you may be thrown out.

Not according to the FAQ…

Don't submit this. Your first article is a repeal and that is against the rules (game mechanics), and you will be thrown out for that.

Our advice was too late, it's already in the proposal list.

This just serves as a great example.

Kids, do your homework. It saves you sooooo much trouble later on.
