Crispulum disavows any intention to join

The Principality of Crispulum would like to take this moment to confirm its lack of intention to join this macro-goverment. The Principality of Crispulum has no wish to conduct itself with the UN, save to trade with the member of that union.

The Principality of Crispulum apologises for any inconvinence it may has caused with this delcaration, and The Principality of Crispulum would like to enter into free trade with any who would have it.

The Principality of Crispulum would like to add that it will be systematically deleting any telegrams of a non-business nature.

Well, actualy, if you don't choose to join the U.N. using the button on the U.N. page your not likely to ever find any bother from it. And if your looking to trade, or declare your will to, then I suggest to use the Nation States Forum or Int. In. Forum ... And be aware, a single declaration regarding "non-business" telegrams is no promise that others will not yet telegram you independantly asking if you would like to join their region. To my memory such actions are within rule limits.

Anyone is free to send telegrams to Crispulum. Just as Crispulum is free to ignore those telegrams.

Exactly right.

( Did I just use brevity ? Me? I all feel dirty ... ;) )

May I suggest all further non-U.N. related declarations, especially relating to trade and willing-ness too, be restricted to the Nation States Forum or the Int. Incidents Forum. As I tried to point out earlier.

I've always wondered why people make these kinds of declarations. Do they feel more powerful and/or "unique" because of it, despite the fact that thousands have said the same before them? I don't mean to rant, but these declarations just get old.

My only problem in this case is that it really should have gone into Int. In. or Nation States Forums's, while the " No U.N. For Us Thanks, We're Crispulum " its respectable here I suppose, its then rest of it that jags on my delicate sensibilities. Though not as much as American Idol aired on Australian T.V. did.

* At least they said, " macro " not " micro " ...

I respect some one saying they don't wan't to be part of the U.N. ( completely redundant as the idea of declaring such a thing is, its not a forced thing, its a choice, and you take it quietly, and get on with things I would have thought. ) but the rest of it, most notable :

" The Principality of Crispulum has no wish to conduct itself with the UN, save to trade with the member of that union. "

+

" The Principality of Crispulum would like to enter into free trade with any who would have it. "

Trade = Else-where, as I've said, Int. In. or N.S. Forums, not, the U.N. Forums. I cannot stress this enough.

I also found the part " The Principality of Crispulum apologises for any inconvinence it may has caused with this delcaration " mildly annoying, because it implies they know it will be annoying, like some one saying they'd like to dance with me, but they mention can't actually dance, and are wearing spiked golf shoes.

Finally, at least they are not the " Infinity + N th " nation declaring they are going to resign from the U.N. because they don't like it. Those get really annoying, as some of us like to keep valuable forum space for active threads in case something really good comes up. Saves on the clutter, like.

* Adds note to plans for ultimate U.N. guide.

High-5!

(You know for two nations that started off at each other's throats, I find myself agreeing with you on a very regular basis!)

High-5!
:D <- At this point my ego swells to the point of bending light.

(You know for two nations that started off at each other's throats, I find myself agreeing with you on a very regular basis!)

Its probably because I'm always right.

;)

* For my next trick, I will now auto-dodge any thrown objects.

Stranger things have happened. Nothing comes to mind at the moment, but I'm sure there's something stranger than Mikitivity and Komokom agreeing. Next we'll have David Stratton and Margaret Pomeranz in agreement.

The reality is this is an example of how the UN (and real one) are supposed to work. Neutral setting ... eventually with all the issues flying about, adversaries are going realize they are more alike than unlike.

Either that or it could be ...

<insert angles and trumpets>
The breaking of the first seal!

;)

The problem with that: Komokom and I would probably fight over who gets to ride the white horse!

" Horsey ? :D "

* Picks up his black robes and starts consulting his list, ;)

Resists ! Urge to utter a few choice lyrics ... " and checking it twice ... "

( And FYI, I'd pick a black one, were it possible to do so, :D )

I'll lend you a black one. We don't care, in TBlack even white is GAF.

No fair, the only people whom are going to know what GAF means, also know what EBM stands for, that KMDFM really doesn't mean anything, and that "nice boots" is basically an invite for ...
