NOTING that space is the future,
NOTING also that the majority wants to give their children a good future,
I PROPOSE that UN member nations build a launching system,
TO DELIVER a baby out of the atmosphere, and into space,
TO DISCOVER new worlds, before splattering on impact.

DEPLORING that babies are treated as special citizens,
RECOGNIZING that babies should be launched as adults are into space,
TO COMPROMISE to those who hate children,
I PROPOSE newborn babies,
WITHOUT protection of any kind, be immediately launched into space.
