Description: This Proposal, if brought into quorum then voted to be appruved, it will allow all UN members to use a UN store to aid any less fortunate nation.

A less fortunate nation is defined as any nation that has less than 1,000,000 USD value. Any Nation with over 50% population below the population line. Any nation unable to support an existin social security system. Any nation with over 75% of population sick/dead of starvation/desease. Any Nation unable to fund a war that was launched un-provoked agansed them.

Each member nation is required to give 100,000,000 (a year) to the UN store. Any Non-Member nation that was aided then became a Nation is required to give an aditional 50,000,000 untill all the donated money is payed back. And any nation fealing generous may give more than the required 100,000,000 yearly but they are not required to give the same ammount during the next payment, as with the 50,000,000 required to the aided member.

This seems a form of taxation. According to UN rules, there is to be no mandatory taxation of UN members. I didn't realize this one time and wrote a proposal that included a small taxation clause... it didn't work. You're going to have to write that out if you want the large nations of influence (ie. not me) to support it.

How do i write it out, rewrite the proposal and resubmitt
