I would like some help with a proposal I would like submitted:
i. any suggestions would be appreciated
ii. I'm the only country in my region and so cannot get two UN endorsements, thus if anyone else feels strongly about this issue please propose it for me

Right to Food
Keeping in mind the human body cannot be expected to function properly and maintain an enjoyable level of health without good food, we propose that the governments of all UN Nations provide free food for all families who are at or below the "poverty level" (being, as described in a previously accepted proposal, US$5,005.50 per adult, and US$4,205.50 per child).
This food must be nutritionally sound and suitable for the people in question as would be calculated by good modern dietetic/nutritional science.
The governments should further encourage said people to find work by whatever means necessary [within legal reason] so that this system is not abused.
