2.) Any nation wishing to use conscription must have the approval of a majority of the UN's regional delegates, with neutral or undecided votes not considered. Thus, only UN regional delegates may decide if a nation’s national government is indeed in jeopardy,
That's so impractical. Look what happens when we try to get six percent of regional delegates to merely approve some proposals: it seldom happens.

Form a committee or something... I'm not sure. Just not regional delegates.

Tekania, unfortuneately, is by constitution a state of conscription. All citizenry are required, with the exception of medical reasons, to spend at least one tour of duty within our military force. This bolsters national security, during peace and war, provides our youth with more diciplined upbringing then most other nations, as well as gives our populace a good stepping point when they re-enter the private sector (not to mention, all the free medical benifits, technical training, and such they get at no cost). Not to mention it ensures our population the proper training if they need to defend their land, or overthrow the Repiblic if they find it had become too tyrannical.....

You can tell when a gov't is real secure in it's policies, when it trains its own citizens to overthrow the same gov't if necessary

Hense why I hate most of the UN well-fare states, with tight gun-control, "rehabilitation" systems, and propaganda controled media... It is obvious the same, self-said nations are afraid of their own populace....

I've had a radical change of heart, and wish to delete this post. This possible?

Guess I'll have to spend more time thinking about something before I propose it. I won't make this same mistake again, hopefully.

Sorry for any inconveinance.
