Didn't some baseball stadium do a special with 10 cent beers, and the crowd was so sloshed that they stormed the baseball diamond and the game had to be called off? And that was cheap beer, imagine what would happen with FREE beer. You are only asking for trouble...

This means nobody owes you anything. Not the government, not the people, not anybody (Taverns included.)
free beer wont help your nation will end up with heavy drinkers every where. if you do an happy hour, where you buy beer for half price or buy one beer, get one free. is that a good idea?
